About Me
Hi, dear — I’m Eva Klapatauskaitė.
I’m a 28-year-old therapist with a personal journey that deeply informs the work I do.
For years, I struggled with relationships, carried a deep sense of loneliness, and often questioned my purpose in life. It was a painful, confusing chapter — one that pushed me to ask difficult questions and commit to real change.
That process became a turning point. I reshaped how I speak to myself, how I relate to others, and what I believe is possible. My healing journey taught me that we, as humans, are far more resilient than we often think. No matter your life circumstances, if you're willing to take ownership of your experiences, seek safe and supportive connections, and hold onto even the smallest spark of hope — change is possible.
And if you’re here reading this, it means that hope is still alive in you. That’s enough to begin.

My Professional Background
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Netherlands and have furthered my understanding of healing through personal experience and spiritual training. This includes a Yoga Teacher Training in India and a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat in Nepal.
I’ve also worked at a holistic addiction recovery center in Thailand, where I saw the impact of combining talk therapy with movement, mindfulness, and group support.
I take a holistic, integrative approach to mental health — blending science, spirituality, and lived experience. Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in connection.
My Past Is Not an Excuse, but It Is My Story
You didn’t come this far to stop.
My Approach
Feeling lonely or disconnected, even around others.
Repeating painful patterns in relationships.
Low self-esteem, self-doubt, or a harsh inner critic.
Anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm.
A lack of direction or meaning in life.
The long-lasting effects of trauma.
Feeling stuck in old roles or family dynamics.
Spiritual confusion or a desire to reconnect with something deeper.
But this no longer has to be your story. No more waiting — begin your healing journey today!
I believe in a holistic and integrative approach to mental health — one that blends Eastern and Western approaches to mental health. I draw from methods such as:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Mindfulness-based practices
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Schema Therapy (elements)
At the heart of my work is a commitment to presence, compassion, and curiosity. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or spiritual confusion, I’m here to walk alongside you — not to fix you, but to support you in remembering your wholeness.
You're not alone. And you don’t have to do this by yourself!
